Ingredients:
- 200g of string hoppers
- 100g of diced chicken
- 50g of chopped carrots
- 50g of diced green bell peppers
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of ginger, grated
- 2 tsp of curry powder
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Instructions:
- Steam the string hoppers in a steamer for about 5-7 minutes until cooked.
- In a wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken to the wok and cook until browned.
- Mix in the chopped carrots and green bell peppers, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the curry powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper, stirring well to combine.
- Finally, add the steamed string hoppers to the wok, tossing everything together for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
