Ingredients:

  • 200g of cooked chicken breast
  • 150g of jasmine rice
  • 50g of carrot, diced
  • 50g of peas
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons

Instructions:

  • Heat the sesame oil in a wok over high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Push the garlic to one side and add the diced carrots and peas, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the cooked chicken breast, stirring well to combine.
  • Spoon the cooked jasmine rice into the wok and mix all the ingredients together.
  • Pour the soy sauce over the rice and stir-fry everything for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix in the chopped green onions just before serving.
