Ingredients:

  • 200g of mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 100g of carrots, julienned
  • 100g of beansprouts
  • 1 medium onion, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for stir-frying

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Serving Plate

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced onion and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  • Add the julienned carrots and mixed bell peppers, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until they start to become tender.
  • Incorporate the beansprouts and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with sesame oil before tossing all ingredients together for another minute.
  • Serve hot on a plate, garnished as desired.
