Ingredients:
- 200g of mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 100g of carrots, julienned
- 100g of beansprouts
- 1 medium onion, finely sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for stir-frying
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Wok
- Spatula
- Knife
- Chopping Board
- Serving Plate
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onion and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the julienned carrots and mixed bell peppers, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until they start to become tender.
- Incorporate the beansprouts and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with sesame oil before tossing all ingredients together for another minute.
- Serve hot on a plate, garnished as desired.
