Ingredients:
- 400g of beef tenderloin
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, black pepper, sea salt, and balsamic vinegar to create a marinade.
- Cut the beef tenderloin into two equal portions and place them in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Remove the beef from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
- Place the beef on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer (aim for 57°C or 135°F).
- Once cooked to your liking, remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the grilled beef with your choice of side dishes.
